Dear G1 Community,
 
We hope you are doing well in different parts of the world. Thank you so much for all your patience with the delays and your support for the G1 Jacket since day 1.
 
Here are a few things we would like to go over in this update:
First, thanks for the kind comments coming from backers who received their G1-Jacket. We are happy to hear you are enjoying the G1-Jacket for this coming winter. We’ve received some great feedback from backers, and this has definitely helped us a lot in making G1 Jacket V2 better. We also thank the returning backers for ordering more G1-Jacket for their friends and family and blessing our team with their trust
 
Second, we’d like to go over the completion of the delivery and what to expect.  We are starting to continue the shipment for our backers, we will now heavily focus on the shipment of Indiegogo orders. With that said, for orders that have not shipped, we will continue to ship your orders out. The estimation of all this delivery will be 1-2 months. 
 
With that note, we have discovered a few errors during our fulfillment process. Sometimes, backers do not receive the shipping notification or the tracking does not update. With that being said, please don’t forget to check your Spam folder from our Fulfillment Partner ([email protected]). If still not found, you are welcome to contact our team so we can assist you with further details. Also, while our fulfillment center is preparing your order, we often found some orders are missed and we apologize for this issue. Therefore, if you have not received any update from email or tracking, please do reach out to us ASAP so we can double-check and send your order as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for this issue. It happens so we want to make sure to cover all the bases.
 
For backers that reached our team regarding lost packages, please be patient and we will do our best to help everyone remedy the situation. If you would like to check the status of your order, please send us a message through ([email protected]) so we may assist you in tracking your package.
 
Third, for backers with issues with sizing for exchange, please reach out to us so we can figure out a solution for you. Once we set up our automatic exchange system, we will make sure to make it much easier for you.
 
Lastly, we are relieved and feel blessed we have successfully weathered the storm of Covid-19 and its catastrophic problems it presented that created the logistical issues and skyrocketing shipping cost. The G1-Jacket team has strived to never stop working and doing our best to deliver the G1-Jacket to your doorstep even with countless problems along the way. We are almost near the finish line and we cannot wait to bring innovative products to the community!

Dear G1 Backers,

We hope you all are doing well and thank you so much for your support on G1 Jacket from day one. Following up on the previous update, here are a few things we’ve finished in the past month.

First, for many backers who received their jackets, thank you so much for letting us know that you received the jacket and we’ve received some awesome feedback from you. We really appreciate your feedback, and this will help a lot in improving the quality and look of G1 Jacket in the future.

Second, here is the summary of the shipping progress following the previous update.

Indiegogo orders for Asia & Canada & Europe orders have completed, including the UAE. If you are from these regions and did not receive your tracking and have not received your package, please let us know so we may assist you. If you already reached out to us and requested the status of your order, please rest assured we received your inquiry and we will double-check everything with our fulfillment center.

U.S delivery for Indiegogo is now at 70% of completion. Deliveries to the US have experienced delays due to the COVID-19 resulting in longer transit. Please be patient as we are continually shipping the G1-Jacket in small batches and monitoring its progress to minimize possible losses of packages. We are estimating to complete all shipment of orders by the following couple of months, and rest assured that you will receive your G1 jacket by this winter.

BACKERS WITH SIZING ISSUES:

If you have any problem with the sizing of the G1 Jacket, please kindly hangs in there, and as soon as we are close to finishing the G1-Jacket deliveries we will put our efforts establishing an exchange policy where we can set up the proper logistics to correct your issue.

Lastly, even though it has been a tough situation for our team, we never stopped working and doing our best to deliver the G1-Jacket to your doorstep despite the ballooning delivery cost. We apologize for these delays and we are glad to continually receive emails and comments from our backers that many have received the jackets and love it!

Dear G1 Backers,

We hope you are doing well!

We wanted to share a few updates with you on the shipping status of the G1 Jacket.

ASIA DELIVERY

We are happy to announce all deliveries to the Asian region have been completed, except for a few countries India, the Philippines, and the UAE. Due to the current global pandemic, logistics and deliveries are still heavily affected and have been slow on the following countries due to quarantine and restrictions which resulted in ballooning delivery cost and long delays. We are currently monitoring the situation, and once the rate is getting better and quarantine restriction lifts, we will start shipping out your jacket as soon as possible.

CANADA DELIVERY

Shipment to Canada has executed and continued as we speak so please expect your shipment notification in your email. Canada Shipment will be completed this week so if you are not receiving any shipping email this week, please let us know asap.

U.S DELIVERY & EUROPE DELIVERY

Shipment to the U.S and European countries has been 60% completed. We will start processing the rest of the orders in the next few weeks to complete the whole shipment. Therefore, we do ask for a bit of patience for backers who have not received their G1 Jacket. Our team has been continuing to work hard to the best of our abilities to navigate and balance the growing cost of logistics and deliveries.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

We are now processing the rest of the world orders and will start ship those out shortly. If you did not receive any shipping email notification, you can always feel free to reach out to us ([email protected]) to we can assist you in whether or not your package is shipped.

QUICK NOTE: There are many backers who reached out to us in regard to the shipping notification email. Please do watch out your Spam Inbox if you did not receive any email. Also, we received a few requests from our backers to help with the location of the hole to route the cable through. As a creator, we are immensely thankful for your support and patience waiting for the G1 Jacket. 2020 has definitely been a tough year for us but we never stop working and push our best to deliver the jacket despite the ballooning delivery cost. Dear G1 Community,
 
Thank you so much for your patience and support. We are very happy to announce we’ve started the delivery of the G1 Jacket. We apologize for all the delays and unforeseen events we could not have avoided, but we are finally here, and we are super excited when all of our backers start to receive the G1 Jacket.
 
First, as we start our delivery process, we would like to let everyone know that not all orders are shipped together in one big batch. Our fulfillment center has made us aware that all products are shipped out in different batches. This process is an important step to help minimize any possible losses and mistakes. With that said, the first batch of shipment was completed, and shipping email notifications were sent out. The second batch is currently being processed and will be sent out by the end of the week.
 
Quick note: Please do watch out your inbox for your shipping notification email with tracking information. The email will be sent directly from our Fulfillment Partner ([email protected]) so please keep an eye on your inbox so you can track your shipment.
 
Second, due to the current lockdown and carrier restrictions, there are few countries that we are still working on to figure out the best method to ship the jacket to you. Those countries include Russia, India, Colombia, UAE, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Cyprus, Peru, Qatar. Shipping prices follow a daily market rate that changes every day which also depends on current restrictions and shipping policies. We are monitoring the situation and will ship those orders out as soon as restrictions are lifted. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking number.
 
Third, we have sent out many reminders to all our backers to update your shipping information. If you moved due to COVID-19, please reach out to us ASAP. If you receive a shipping email notification, that means your order was shipped to the given address and if you have failed to notify us the changes on your delivery address and would like the jacket to be shipped to another address, you may be subject to extra fees if your G1 jacket is delivered to the wrong address or got lost. Please do check back with us your address if you moved so we can make sure we have your correct address on the file.
 
We apologize again for the delays from these unforeseen hurdles that caused the long setbacks, and we look forward to everyone receiving your G1 jacket on your doorsteps.
We also would like to remind and encourage everyone to do your part to stay safe and healthy as the pandemic is still at large.

Dear G1 Community,

We hope everyone is safe and healthy from COVID-19. We apologize for all the delays that had happened and we would like to give everyone an update on the current status of the G1 Jacket delivery process.

First, we apologize for the continuous delay on our end. We mentioned about the estimation of the delivery was about last week, but we were not able to. Our fulfillment center has been very slow on updating the status because of the high demand on their end. We are pushing hard every day to sort out all the orders and start sending the packages out. The good news is we finally received the rates that meet our shipping expenses goal. We are in line to ship out the G1 Jacket by the next couple of weeks. You will receive a shipping notification email that your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Second, we noticed some backers moved during the COVID-19 and would like to change the mailing address. Thus, if you ever moved and need us to ship the G1 Jacket to a different address, please let us know ASAP because once we ship out your jacket to an incorrect address, the package might get lost or you might incur additional cost to re-ship, especially with international orders.

We apologize again for the delays from these unforeseen hurdles that caused the long setbacks. Thank you so much for all your understanding and we look forward to shipping out your G1 Jacket to your doorsteps.

As we depend on each other in these tough situations to help fight this Pandemic, we remind and encourage everyone to do your part to be responsible and stay safe and healthy.
