Dear our G1 Community,
Happy New Year to our backers and we hope everyone had a good holiday with your family & friends! We are back with good news for all our backers!
First, we are excited to announce that production has been on-going since mid of December 2019. After receiving feedback and opinions from our backers, we have changed the marking on the front pocket and sleeves of the G1 Jacket to compromise with all the comments. We also adjust a small change in the pattern to accommodate women's size. We thank you again for all your help and feedback has been tremendously helpful in making the G1 Jacket even better than our initial design from looks, functionality, and benefits.
Second, in regard to the delivery timeline, our manufacturing indicated to us that the completion of the production will be right before Chinese New Year, so once the production is finished, we will start to ship to our fulfillment center to ship the G1 Jacket out. As Lunar New Year approaches and many companies in Asia from China, Vietnam, and etc. will be off for the holidays, we might experience some delays. Please do excuse this delay as this part of the process is out of our control.
Third, once the production finishes and while we prepare for delivery, we will start locking in all orders such as address and phone # on your BackerKit Survey. Therefore, if there is any circumstance that you are moving or just want to change the delivery address, please edit your address on your survey as early as possible. We will send out a reminder email before we lock in all orders for delivery.
For some of you who did not fill out the survey or did not receive the survey, please reach out to our team asap for assistance at [email protected].
We have been so proud of what we have accomplished for the final G1 Jacket design and would like to share with everyone some new photos of the G1 Jacket. We hope everyone will appreciate and like the G1 Jacket as lots of blood, sweat, tears, and hurdles we had to conquer to complete the G1 Jacket to the best of our ability.

Greeting to our G-1 Community,
First of all, we are very happy to announce some good news for all of you!!
- We finally received the final production sample of the G-1 Jacket, and we have to say the G1 Jacket turned out even better than expected. Your suggestions have been tremendously helpful that gave the G1 Team extra insights helping improve the overall looks and functionality of the G1 Jacket. We’ve attached a few photos so you can have a better look of the G-1 Jacket
- The first mass production for the G-1 Jacket has started and will finish on Jan 20th. After that, we will start delivering the jacket to our warehouse and ship it to your home. We will have a more specific update on the delivery as well as the announcement of locking your address on BackerKit
- After working with our supplier, we will be adding a surprise feature to our Graphene Heating Pads: a 2-hour Auto Shut-off feature to all our Graphene Heating Pads. This will help make your G1 Jacket more power-efficient just in case you forget to turn off the Graphene Heating Pads when not in use.
Second, we will start locking all the surveys and we want to make sure we do not leave out any of our early backers to lose the chance to be the first to experience the G1 Jacket, especially the weather has been cold lately. Hi G1 Community,
We hope you guys had a good weekend and Happy Holiday to all of you from G1 Team!
We would like to let all backers know that the survey was sent out last Monday, November 18. We hope everyone received their survey with a link to Backerkit.com. We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to make sure to check your Inbox for your Backerkit survey where you can finalize and choose your size and color for the G1 Jacket. We will lock the survey from 2 weeks from now, so please make sure you choose the color & size you want for your G1 Jacket. Once the survey is locked, you can’t change the size & color so please be aware of this.
As of today, we have over 70% of backers who completed the survey. Therefore, we do ask for your help to fill out the surveys at your earliest convenience so we may organize all the colors and sizes for our first mass manufacturing run. This will tremendously help the whole team to stay on schedule of the estimated delivery date. If you do not find your survey or are having trouble locating your survey, do not hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance at [email protected]. At the same time, we will also send out another “Reminder Email” to your inbox so please complete the survey as soon as you get it.
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone for your support. We are in the process of ordering all fabrics for mass production and we are currently on schedule with our timeline. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.

Hi G1 Community,
Wow, time flies! Thank you so much for your support of the G1 Jacket and you guys are amazing!
First of all, we've received many suggestions to help make the G1 Jacket even better and your feedbacks are important to us and we want to make sure we cater to your needs and demand. With that said, the major change we are applying on the G1 Jacket is making the Jacket a bit longer that can cover over half the buttocks area to provide more warmth and add a better look.
Second, we will start sending out a detailed survey to you to select your final choice of color and size. You will receive a survey email from BackerKit within 5 to 10 days so please be aware sometimes, the Backerkit Survey may end up in your Spam Box. Please make sure to check your Spam Box just in case and when you receive the email, follow the simple instruction in Backerkit and you will be good to go. If you do not find your survey or are having trouble locating your survey, do not hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance at [email protected].
Once the survey goes out, we strongly suggest doing your best to fill out the surveys within the 2 weeks’ timeframe so we may organize all the colors and sizes for our first mass manufacturing run. This will tremendously help our team stay on schedule of the estimated delivery date.
