Greeting to all our backers!!
As another summer is here, we appreciate everyone for their patience and support ☺
We would like to let everyone know that we are now finishing up all the deliveries. With that said, the last batch of shipment will be sent out shortly to all our backers. You will notice we have closed our Indiegogo In-Demand Pre-order page as we shift our focus on the backers that have not received their G1-Jacket. We would like to apologize to our few backers that have not received their shipment and for the latest backers, please hang in there as your orders are also in the queue for shipment.
As planned, we are shipping out the rest of the orders by the next 2 weeks. Please hang tight as we will start sending out the tracking for you to track. We really apologize for the huge delays on our end.
We do not have control over the rise in cost in both fuel and manpower, but we are glad that it has leveled out a bit. But we are here even during the tough times to make sure we keep our promise to get all G1-Jackets to their proper destinations. We will do our best to improve our customer service to help assist you with any questions with your shipment.

We would like to thank everyone for their patience and support ☺
As mentioned from our last update, we have successfully shipped almost 95% of G1-Jacket to all our backers. We would like to apologize to our few backers that’s been with us from the beginning and the most recent backers for the delay of their orders.
We may not hear much news from China, the effect of COVID in China is still at large where some cities would go into lockdown as soon as cases of COVID are found. Our main fulfillment warehouse locations have been affected by continuous lockdown, so we had to find a way to compile all these orders and they are currently on their way. We are doing our best to catch up with shipping out your jackets so please don’t worry as we are organizing everything to ship out as soon as possible.

It’s been tough with the challenges of balancing the rising cost of logistics and shipping. We are continually doing our best to improve our product and services for you.

We continually thank all our backers for your love and support ☺
As the G1-Jacket team have successfully shipped almost 100% of G1-Jacket to all our backers, we would like to apologize to our most recent backers for the delay of their order but feel confident we are on it and made sure your order is in queue and on its way.
The rest of the world may have taken control against the battle with Omicron (the latest strain of COVID) and major parts of China including our main fulfillment warehouse locations have been affected by continuous lockdown.
We hear your comments and suggestions, and we would like to let everyone know that even though it’s been tough with the challenges of balancing the rising cost of logistics and shipping we are continually doing our best to improve our product and services for you.

We would like to start off and express our appreciation and thank all our backers for your patience and undying support ☺
We have been through many bumps and tough times presented by the pandemic, and now we are feeling the effect of the tough times with the current situation between Ukraine and Russia. But through all these challenges we are still here, and we bring everyone a bit of bright light.
With the challenge of balancing the rising cost of logistics and shipping. We learned and anticipated the possible worst scenario and we would like to announce we are almost done with setting our new shipping logistics in US facility that will make the shipment of your G1-Jacket much faster. We hear your comments and suggestions, and we would like to let everyone know even though its been tough we are here to improve our product and services for you.

A Happy Lunar New Year to everyone J
It’s been a challenging battle working through the Pandemic, but our team has come through and we expect by now most of our backers have received their G1-Jacket. Your support has continually empowered us to push harder to make sure we give you the quality product and service.
But for the few that have not received their G1-Jacket we ask for your patience as your G1-Jacket are all in the que and on its way. The Lunar New Year tends to slow down things a bit as many companies are on their break, and personnel are taking the break with their respective families. Please hang in there and full operation will be back by next week, and we assure you your G1-Jacket are all on its way to your door steps.
