Dear G1 Community,
As the COVID-19 Pandemic shows signs of improvement, we hope everyone is staying healthy and practice recommended safety measures. In this update, we would like to update everyone with some great news about the current shipping situation.
As mentioned in the last update, all of our jackets, graphene pads, and waistband arrived at our fulfillment center. We are finally in the process of shipping all our inventory to our fulfillment centers and we can’t wait to start the delivery to your door.
In the last couple of weeks, we constantly got in touch with our fulfillment center and got an update for a better rate for shipping. The good news is as worldwide shipping implements safety procedures and implement better logistics, the shipping industry is starting to release a much better economical shipping rate. Some areas in the world are still currently a bit slow in opening more flights where shipping prices are still high. More flights are opening up which helps to lower the rates for shipping and slowly solving the delay issues. We have been receiving updates from our shipping manager at more acceptable and economical rates to get all G1 Jackets to your doorsteps so we are confident that we will be able to ship out very soon. Once we are able to sort out everything, we estimate about 2 weeks from now, we will start the delivery process.
Third, we’ve locked your survey and your address to start the delivery process. You won’t be able to change your address, but if you just moved because of the pandemic and need to change your address, please contact us ASAP so we can make the edit.
We apologize again for the delays and thank you for all your understanding and we look forward to shipping out your G1 Jacket to your doorsteps. Even though the economy has shown great signs in recovery from the pandemic, we hope everyone does your part to stay safe and healthy.

Dear G1 Community,
Our team hopes everyone is continually staying healthy and protecting their family by staying safe at home as needed. We would like to update everyone on a couple of things regarding the shipping situation which is highly being affected by this pandemic.
First, our manufacturing partners are finally done, and our inventory has been shipped to our fulfillment center.
Second, with the current pandemic situation, our fulfillment center has updated our team a couple of important things so we can follow up with all backers
1. Due to the pandemic, flights directly used by various forwarding companies are currently very limited and stopped for many countries for a period of time which has been extremely slowing down the delivery process. This bottleneck also resulted in an increase in the shipping prices drastically which has been going above our estimated budget. We have been advised by our shipping manager to wait and not compete in this current situation. All forwarding companies are still prioritizing the shipment of needed supplies to support the needs of the worldwide pandemic. As much as we want to get all the G1-Jacket to your doorsteps as early as possible, we have to make sure do not go over the estimated budget which might create problems on our budget.
2. Because of this limited shipping channels, we are continually working together with our fulfillment center to make sure we get updated with shipping rates and push out the delivery as soon as we have the updated price. In specifics, we are working on which countries we will ship first and the one we will ship later.
3. From the last update, we notified all backers about the change of the address. This week, we will start exporting backers’ lists and finalize all the addresses on your survey. If you need assistance, please feel free to reach out so we can assist you.
We apologize again for the delays as we are a start-up and we have to work within our budget to avoid any issues that can cause more delays for everyone. Thank you for all your understanding and we look forward to shipping out your G1 Jacket to your doorsteps.

Dear G1 Community,
We hope everyone is in good spirits and doing their best to practicing the best advice given to stay healthy and COVID-19 free.
First, we apologize for the delays in the delivery of the G1 Jacket and we have GOOD NEWS coming along this update. We have successfully completed the execution of our quality control protocol, and we have been fortunate we only encountered minor issues and all correction has been applied. We are finishing up the packing to ship all the G1-Jacket and Graphene Pads to our fulfillment warehouses. Based on our current timeline, the schedule for delivery will start in a couple of weeks from now. We will make sure to send out emails for the shipping notification.
Second, as you've noticed, we locked your delivery address and phone# on your BackerKit Survey to get ahead for delivery. If you need to make the changes to your address, please let us know so we can assist you. We will start exporting the finalized backer’s shipping information beginning of next week, so if you move, please make the change to your edit this weekend so we can use the correct address to ship the jacket to your home. Also, if you use the P.O box address for delivery, please change it to a physical address because our delivery method does not ship to the P.O box address
For new backers, please kindly be patient and you will receive your Backerkit survey after a few days and you will be able to choose your size and color. For older backers who did not fill out the survey or did not receive the survey, please reach out to our team asap for assistance at [email protected].

Dear G1 Community,
We hope you all had a good weekend and stay safe from the Corona Virus.
First of all, we apologize for the delay with the delivery of the G1 Jacket. The Corona Virus has extremely slowed down our progress and we are doing our best to push things forward. As mentioned in the last update, the production of G1 Jacket was completed and will be shipped to the warehouse shortly. The Graphene Pads production is also completed but still need an inspection from our team. Because of the location where the factory of our Graphene Pads is, our Graphene Pad factory is not allowed to return to its normal business operations. This is causing the delays for our team slowing down on the inspection and delivery of the heating pads to our warehouse. We are sad with all the delays and unavoidable circumstances we are experiencing, and we have no choice but to be patient in hopes the epidemic will be contained soon. We are continually monitoring the situation and figuring out what other solutions we can execute to resolve this delay. We will update all backers with a concrete date of delivery once we have an update from our manufacturing.
Secondly, we are continually locking in remaining orders on your delivery address and phone# on your BackerKit Survey. If you need to make the changes on your address, please let us know so we can assist you.
For some of you who did not fill out the survey or did not receive the survey, please reach out to our team asap for assistance.

Dear G1 Community,
We’ve received a lot of questions in regard to the delivery of the G1 Jacket. We would like to update everyone on the situation.
1. Delivery Update: Many of you have asked about the delivery of the G1 Jacket. The mass production for G1 Jacket has completed and we are ready to ship to our fulfillment warehouse. Our team has been successful in staying on the schedule of production and also be on schedule for the beginning of February. However, an unavoidable Coronavirus epidemic has escalated in China and many manufacturing plants and the majority of various types of businesses are required to take an extra few weeks off to help avoid the increase spreading of the Coronavirus problem. We have been actively in contact with our manufacturing partners and waiting for their update to show some positive signs of containment where we hope for the good news of full return on the operation of all businesses. As of now, the schedule is set by the end of February. Please rest assure we will actively update everyone as soon as we get the update from our partners. We hope you would understand that this unavoidable situation has delayed our progress and we have no control it.
2. Locked Address: We’ve sent out a notice that we have locked in the majority of the orders such as address and phone numbers on your BackerKit Survey. If in any case, there are any changes in your delivery address, please revisit your BackerKit survey to change your address as needed. If your address is locked, please contact us ASAP so we can assist you with this.
3. Survey: After making your contribution on Indiegogo, it will takes about 10 days for you to receive the survey. In the meantime, please fill out your selection on Indiegogo so we can fulfill your order. If you did not fill out the survey or did not receive the survey, please reach out to our team asap for assistance at [email protected].
We have been so proud of what we have accomplished for the final G1 Jacket. Our team has done our best to satisfy and accommodate everyone. We ask for your patience because of this unexpected epidemic event, our delivery is delayed a bit. Thank you so much for your understanding and we can’t wait to ship the G1 Jacket to all of you.
