Holiday seasons tend to have huge spikes in the demand for delivery where delivery time may vary for each region around the world so kindly hang in there and we assure you your G1-Jacket are all on its way to your doorsteps. As Thanksgiving is just a couple of days away, we would like to give thanks to all our backers for making the G1-Jacket a success.
Our team are extremely pleased even through countless challenges we have successfully shipped the G1-Jacket to all our backers. To the few that are waiting, pleased be confident we are working hard to get your G1-Jacket onto your doorsteps. If your tracking has issue, please don’t be hesitant to reach out to us for help!
We would also like to extend our gratitude to our new backers for supporting our project. If you have not received your survey, please be patient as soon as Indiegogo release the necessary information, we will be sending your survey right away.

Greeting to all our fellow backers!!
It has been a while since our last update, and we would like to thank everyone for your continuous support. We are proud and have done our best to make the G1-Jacket a great product for all our backers, and we are touched as we have continually received love and support from all of you.
First, we are ecstatic that we have shipped the G1-Jacket to OVER 97% of our backers. For the small number of backers that have not received the G1-Jacket, please hang in there and we will get things done. As supply chains have been shaken up around the world with delays caused by the rise in prices on sea cargo that shot up 10x the norm. Many companies have turned to air cargo to deliver their goods to customers. The high influx of businesses turning to air cargo has caused some delays in the arrival of shipments of many products around the world. We ask for your patience as these situations are out of our control and we are doing the best in our ability to expedite every process we can on our side.
Second, as the cold air is starting to creep in, if you are still interested in grabbing your own G1-Jacket, please do so . Supplies are limited and you will not get the G1-Jacket at a lower price as posted on our Indiegogo In-Demand campaign. We are starting to see the rise in material cost and we will have to raise the prices very soon. Do not wait until it gets too cold, grab your G1-jacket and experience the difference in both warmth and style and be prepared to counter the arrival of the cold season.

Hello G1 Community,
We hope you are doing well and safe!
This will be a very short update on the current progress of G1 Jacket Delivery.
As of now, we’ve shipped 95% of the shipment out and the only missing G1 shipments are from the backers who backed us back in March. We want to let you know that we are working hard to ship out the rest of the jacket so please stay tuned! Due to the COVID situation, logistics and shipping from overseas have become very slow, inefficient and we have experienced delayed transit as well as lost packages. Thus, we are figure out a better way to push this faster and more efficient on our way. I hope you could understand our situation and we apologize for this delay
Second, for backers who have not received the survey from Backerkit, please drop us an email and let us know so we can check it for you as soon as possible for you.

Dear G1 Community,
It has been a while for a new update. We apologize for this delay. We hope everyone is in good health and happy new year. This update will be a very short and brief.
As of current, we completed the shipping to almost all our original Indiegogo backer’s G1-Jacket. It’s been a challenging new year, but we were able to power through with a little bit of creativity and a few good breaks on the shipping fees. With the few outstanding orders, please hang in there as and we will prepare all your orders and do our best to ship out as early as we can. As Lunar New Years have passed and operation from our warehouses have continued, we are hoping shipping fees will all be competitive as the Pandemic is becoming better. For all the current outstanding orders please hang in there as we are preparing to ship out your orders.
Second, we’ve sent out survey if you are a new backer. If you have not received your Backerkit survey, please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected] and we will have your survey resent to you.
